Hawaii Photography adventure 2017

Arrival Dinner: pop up 6 course vegan supper at Hilo Space cooked by Timothy Pakron and Ryan Lewis.
Breakfast will be a selection of Hawaiian coffee, herbal teas, local pastries and fresh local fruit, \ served everyday at 9:00 am at Hilo Space.
Style + Photoshoot will provide Timothy an opportunity to style and shoot a dish while walking the students through the steps and answering any questions. Then each student will have the opportunity to style and shoot their own dish while Timothy assists and guides at Hilo Space.
Lunch Break will be 1.5 hours. Following lunch we will meet back at Hilo Space to leave for the excursion.
Photography Excursions will be led by Megan Elizabeth and Timothy. Excursions will include:
- waterfall excursion
- tropical fruit tasting
- black sand beach excursion
- stargazing on Mauna Kea
- geothermal heated tide pool visit
- foraging local fruits and plants
One-on-One Editing will provide each student to have a one hour private editing session with Timothy. This will be an opportunity to review the student's photographs while also provide tips and tricks for editing while also offering the student a private consultation.
Farewell Party: an event with light snacks, local kombucha, wine, Hawaiin cocktails, and music at Hilo Space.
Timothy Pakron is a food photography, stylist, and artist. He currently is working on his first cookbook while hosting photography workshops, cooking classes, and private dinners.
The welcome dinner, breakfasts, classes, and farewell party snacks and drinks will be included in the ticket price.

What's not included
Lodging is not included in the ticket price. We recommend you book your rooms at the local hotel on Hilo or at an Air BnB close by Hilo Space. Here is a list of recommendations.
For transportation, Uber is available and widely used in Hilo.
Downtown Hilo has a plethora of local restaurants, coffeeshops, grocery stores, and a multi-weekly farmers market with an abundance of local produce and small local businesses.
