January's pop up supper will be another version of "Four Course Creole", held at Humboldt and Jackson in Williamsburg. The event will be two nights, Friday the 22nd and Saturday the 23rd. The supper will include four courses of plant based, creole inspired cuisine. I will be using as much local, seasonal, and wild produce as I can! Drinks are not included in the price, although there will be a full bar with local beverages available. And this go round, I will be catering to gluten free customers! *All ticket sales are final with a no refund policy.
