White Truffle Event, Sunday, October 30th
Chef Timothy Pakron aka Mississippi Vegan is teaming up with friend, restaurant owner, and fellow veggie chef Toby Buggiani of Italian restaurant and wine bar, Adelina's for their second truffle event.
The event will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 6:30 at Adelina's in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
The concept behind the event is designed to provide guests with a unique dining experience highlighting the most exquisite edible mushrooms available to humans, the truffle.
Sourcing only the the highest quality of white truffles direct from Italy, this four course meal will take each guest on a gustatory adventure with the main course being a simple dish highlighting the prized mushroom.
Here's a peek at the menu:
Local root vegetable puree with truffle oil drizzle
Mixed green salad with citrus vinaigrette (this course is designed to be a palate cleanser in preparation for the main course.)
Shaved white truffles, hot pasta with organic Italian fettuccini noodles, house made vegan butter.
Dark chocolate and coconut cream truffles with crushed pistachio.
There will be one wave of limited seating at 6:30 pm.

Therefore the cutoff to ticket sales is Sunday, the 23rd.
Do note that the price of the event reflects the market price for white truffles. We strive to keep the price as low as possible for our guests. Due to the nature of an event like this, we cannot offer refunds to tickets but will gladly accept replacements for reservations.
