Hello friends! Please let me introduce to you my newest cookbook, Garden Variety, a collection of plant-focused recipes inspired by my garden. It is officially released on September 1st and I cannot wait for you to hold it in your very hands! Over three years in the making, this cookbook has been a massive labor of love. I designed it to be a valuable kitchen resource that helps you to cook produce with the seasons while inviting you to explore interesting textures and vibrant flavors. I took each and every photograph with intention and care, wrote and tested every single recipe numerous times (in addition to having testers all over the world try them out), and closely collaborated with my designer to bring the exact vision for Garden Variety to life. Ultimately, I wrote this cookbook for anyone who is interested in cooking with produce while celebrating the abundant beauty of nature.
