Of course, many of them are from yours truly but there are also a good amount of recipes from other bloggers that I think you will love. 1. WHITE TRUFFLE MAC & CHEESE
Decadent, rich, and super creamy- my ‘White Truffle Mac and Cheese’ could surely fool any vegan skeptics out there. Truly excellent! Also, hot tip: you can make this recipe gluten free by using your fave GF noodles.

2. GLUTEN FREE DINNER ROLLS
For all my gluten free readers, these dinner rolls are undeniably outstanding! The texture is so delightfully chewy and fluffy, making them the perfect addition to any holiday table. Even if you are not gluten free, I still recommend them. They are indeed that easy to make and delicious!

3. CORNBREAD
When I watched my friend Nisha from Rainbow Plant Life make this epic cornbread on her YouTube channel, I knew I had to share it with all of you. Fluffy and perfectly crumbly, she really took her time to perfect this recipe. I am sure you all will love it!

4. MUSHROOM GRAVY
Surely some of my best work, this mushroom gravy will steal your heart. Make a big batch to store in the freezer to get a head start on prepping for Thanksgiving. That’s what I do! I certainly couldn’t share my 25 Must-Try Vegan Holiday Recipes without including this one!

5. STUFFING WITH BALSAMIC SHALLOTS AND SOURDOUGH BREAD
Obviously, a good stuffing is absolutely necessary for a holiday table and my friend Laura from The First Mess has created this beautiful rendition that’s bursting with flavor from fresh herbs, shallots, and sourdough bread. She also has loads of holiday options to check out on her blog.

6. ROASTED DELICATA SQUASH
Here we have an interesting new vegetable side from the blog that is fun to make and gorgeous to plate. A nice, wholesome contrast to the heavier dishes we all know and love.

7. DROP BISCUITS
There is something so satisfying about serving freshly baked biscuits for breakfast or alongside a holiday spread. My Drop Biscuits are the perfect recipe to try because they are so very easy and are done in just one bowl and a baking sheet.

8. POTATO GRATIN
I am always on the hunt for a new potato dish to try and when I found this Potato Gratin by Lazy Cat Kitchen, my jaw dropped! How gorgeous does this look? Definitely give this one a go to impress.

9. ZUPPA TOSCANA
Comfort in a bowl, my Zuppa Toscana is undeniably a crowd pleaser. One of the most popular recipes on the blog, I urge you to make a big pot of this soup and serve it with some crusty french bread because you will be very happy with the results. Read the reviews if you don’t believe me!

10. BALSAMIC BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Love and Lemons has so many beautiful recipes and these Balsamic Brussels Sprouts are a great example. Perfectly seasoned and roasted, this vegetable side is excellent for the holidays.

11. WILD RICE STUFFED SWEET POTATOES
These festive and wholesome Wild Rice Stuffed Sweet Potatoes by my friend Jenné of Sweet Potato Soul are just so beautiful! With lots of flavor and different textures, I think these will help round out the super rich holiday spread.

12. WILD MUSHROOM VEGAN GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
Rabbit & Wolves creates the most delicious vegan comfort food so I knew she would be the girl to go to for a green bean casserole. Another must have for a Thanksvegan spread if you ask me!

13. SWEET & SMOKY GLAZED TOFU HAM
When my friend Isa first showed me this recipe, I was blown away with how flavorful and delicious a simple block of tofu could become transformed into a hearty main for the holidays. Easy to make and totally delicious.

14. LENTIL SHEPHERD’S PIE
This Lentil Shepherd’s Pie from my friends at Crowded Kitchen looks absolutely divine. A savory lentil filling then topped with fluffy mashed potatoes- this screams holiday vibes to me!

15. POT PIE WITH CHICKPEAS
My friend Caitlin shares many delicious and wholesome vegan recipes, especially this chickpea pot pie. The recipe is so approachable and the results look like absolute perfection. A fun offering for any holiday table.

16. HOMEMADE FRESH CRANBERRY SAUCE WITH MAPLE, ORANGE AND GINGER
My friends over at Homestead and Chill have so many lovely recipes (and great info on how to garden organically!). When I stumbled upon their fresh cranberry sauce with ginger, I knew it would be a perfect fit for this holiday roundup.

17. EASY BAKED RICE
One of my favorite go-to recipes, did you know that you can knock out a delicious side of rice quickly and easily by baking it in the oven? It’s true. And while you work on other holiday dishes, you can let this rest with the lid on top for a few hours until ready to serve.

18. PUMPKIN GINGERBREAD GRANOLA
This Pumpkin Gingerbread Granola is bursting with so much flavor and texture. Make a big batch to have on hand for an easy and satisfying breakfast while also feeling festive from the warming spices and pumpkin flavor.

19. BREAKFAST WELLINGTON
My friend Plant Based RD makes the most delicious recipes and this Breakfast Wellington is such a fun holiday idea. Then serve this with a side of my tofu bacon and some sautéed kale and you have a fantastic and very satisfying breakfast that would please anyone!

20. CAJUN-STYLE SNACK MIX
This cajun-style snack mix recipe by my friend Ashley of Eat Figs, Not Pigs looks outrageously good. So crunchy and savory- you can just tell! Perfect to have out for a holiday gathering or to snack on while watching Home Alone.

21. CINNAMON ROLLS
Everything my friend Christina of Addicted to Dates makes looks insanely good but these Cinnamon Rolls really had me drooling. Without a doubt, a classic recipe to serve for a holiday breakfast. Who could resist?

22. PUMPKIN PIE
Finding the perfect vegan pumpkin pie recipe can be harder than you think! But look no further because my friend Isa’s recipe has been featured over at NYT Cooking. This one should surely do the trick!

23. SALTED DARK CHOCOLATE OLIVE OIL COOKIES
Another one of my most popular blog recipes, these Salted Dark Chocolate Olive Oil Cookies are truly excellent. Chewy, crispy, salty, sweet and deeply flavored- I promise that these will surely impress your friends and family.

24. PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE
Full disclosure, this recipe is a bit labor intensive but when you try the final product you will definitely agree it is 100% worth it! You can also make this a few days in advance and have it chilling in the fridge until you are ready to serve. A rather great alternative to pumpkin pie if that’s not your gig.

25. GINGER CAKE
This moist and fluffy ginger cake is my kind of dessert! Everything Rainbow Nourishments creates looks like perfection to me but I especially love the ample amount of warming spices she uses in this cake batter. Check it out here.

Those recipes look FABULOUS, Timothy! Must say, I have made those cookies before, and they are AWESOME! I too, make Cranberry Sauce using Orange and maple syrup, but must try the ginger! Happy Thanksgiving!
