Hello and welcome to 25 Must-Try Vegan Holiday Recipes! Here you will find some of the very best recipes for you to try this holiday season. Of course, many of them are from yours truly but there are also a good amount of recipes from other bloggers that I think you will love. If you like this round-up, I bet you would also enjoy my Holiday Gift Guide for 2023. Enjoy!
For all my gluten free readers, these dinner rolls are undeniably outstanding! The texture is so delightfully chewy and fluffy, making them the perfect addition to any holiday table. Even if you are not gluten free, I still recommend them. They are that easy to make and delicious!
Some of my best work, this mushroom gravy will steal your heart. Make a big batch to store in the freezer to get a head start on prepping for Thanksgiving. That’s what I do! I couldn’t share my 25 Must-Try Vegan Holiday Recipes without including this one!
Obviously, a good stuffing is absolutely necessary for a holiday table and my friend Laura from The First Mess has created this beautiful rendition that’s bursting with flavor from fresh herbs, shallots, and sourdough bread. She also has loads of holiday options to check out on her blog.
Here we have an interesting new vegetable side from the blog that is fun to make and gorgeous to plate. A nice, wholesome contrast to the heavier dishes we all know and love.
My friends over at Homestead and Chill have so many lovely recipes (and great info on how to garden organically!). When I stumbled upon their fresh cranberry sauce with ginger, I knew it would be a perfect fit for this holiday roundup.
17. EASY BAKED RICE
One of my favorite go-to recipes, did you know that you can knock out a delicious side of rice quickly and easily by baking it in the oven? It’s true. And while you work on other holiday dishes, you can let this rest with the lid on top for a few hours until ready to serve.
22. PUMPKIN PIE
Finding the perfect vegan pumpkin pie recipe can be harder than you think! But look no further because my friend Isa’s recipe has been featured over at NYT Cooking. This one should do the trick!
Full disclosure, this recipe is a bit labor intensive but when you try the final product you will definitely agree it is 100% worth it! You can also make this a few days in advance and have it chilling in the fridge until you are ready to serve. A great alternative to pumpkin pie if that’s not your gig.
25. GINGER CAKE
This moist and fluffy ginger cake is my kind of dessert! Everything Rainbow Nourishments creates looks like perfection to me but I especially love the ample amount of warming spices she uses in this cake batter. Check it out here.
